Ninja

Ninja's are supposed to be serious and very efficient assassins. This one had huge problems holding back the laughter when striking this pose for me, only because the rest of the training squad themselves were laughing not at her but with her. Debbie come to training tonight with her balaclava as she gets cold ears, I said she looked like a Ninja and shot a few images of her. When she did this pose she just burst out laughing. I had the group doing 1km reps tonight and each and everyone of them was pleasantly surprised and never realised they could actually push themselves a little harder than they thought they could
