Jumping

It has rained all day, and I mean all day, it was supposed to stop by 7pm which would have been ideal as we were due to dance out at our local pub.  

However, it didn't stop but luckily the pub has an undercover area at the rear of the pub which we were able to dance in.  Sadly, as it was such a cold and damp August evening we only had a very select audience of 5 folk, all of which we had invited!!  Never mind, it was a good evening and we, and they, had a bit of fun!

Matt's melodeon had a bit of malfunction, a spring has broken, but he always carries a spare, thank goodness!  We were treated to some chips after the dancing so in the end it all turned out much better that I had anticipated! 

Achilles is not great but it is improving, keeping on with the exercises and massage.
