Summer in Penicuik.

We were walking through Penicuik this afternoon to have a look at the floral decorations. They were a little disappointing this year, but this one is reasonable. Those alongside the bus route in big tubs looked better. Could it be possible that the householders have been watering them?

I wonder if the helmet has been restored to its owner yet?
