Posh Beans on Toast

Another new recipe to try tonight. We got this from River Cottage, Three Go Mad. Sausage, onion and broad beans on toast (fresh roll from a deli in Edinburgh) with yoghurt and mint dressing.

On the show Lee Mack said it was amazing and he wasn't wrong! Yum yum! It will be going in our recipe book.

I must say, Jen does make such delicious treats! I'm a lucky boy.
