There was glorious sunshine for our last day in the lakes. We meandered round Ambleside and later we pottered round the incredible garden at the house, admiring thousands of beautiful flowers. We also restored order to the house ahead of Margaret and Peter's return tomorrow. We are so ridiculously blessed to have had a week in this gorgeous place after a week of family camping fun. The highlights have been enjoying it with lots of family and friends and bagging plenty more Wainwrights to tick off the list. I love the feeling of endless time with the children and feel so privileged when it happens.
