Greasy

This flabby and grease-laden object is what they now sell as a bridie at East End Park :(

For the last several years, Stephens the Bakers had the food concession at the ground... their bridie was justly famed among home and away fans as one of the highlights of Scottish Football cuisine; it was about the size of a skateboard, packed with identifiable steak chunks in a rich gravy, and encased in an envelope of crisp flaky pastry. *Sigh* Nirvana.

Well, the catering may have gone downhill, but we gubbed the Livngstone 4-0 :)))
