Nettle Soup

Here is the result of yesterdays soup making.

It looks a bit gruesome but was actually quite tasty with a swirl of natural yoghurt in it. Hard to describe the taste .... it just tasted ... well ... like you would imagine nettles would taste.

Quite an interesting exercise and I am starting to get the feeling back in the ends of my fingers now!

Think I will try and photograph something NOT nettle related tomorrow ....
