The Pastel Painter....

Most Friday mornings I go to Pastel Painting at the Marlborough Art Society Gallery. We have some very talented artists in our group. We are all very supportive of each other's work and we have a lot of fun along the way. Here is my friend Margaret working at a stunning painting of a bush scene with a river and a waterfall in the Milford Sound area, Fiordland. She is copying it from a photograph her son gave her. No doubt it will be hung in pride of place in her son's home in due course.
