Last night's fireworks would've made for some great pictures, especially with my wide angle, but I figured carrying a thousand bucks worth of camera around my drunken head is probably not the best of ideas, so I left it home.

I was kind of surprised to see these less-than-ten-year-old kids sitting in a deserted playground so late at night. After this sneaky shot I went to ask them if I could take a picture from up close, but they refused to just keep sitting there, the way I wanted the shot, and instead posed like a couple of gangsters, so I ended up picking the first photo for a blip.
