Tomatoes

When I last blipped these tomatoes, about a month ago, they were still green, but they had ripened up and one of two were getting close to going over, so I've turned them into pasta sauce now. Homemade tomato sauce is one of those things that you can't really buy anywhere, unless you can find an Italian restaurant that makes its own. The flavour is fabulous. Fortunately there are more of these tomatoes on the way, so we can stock up the freezer with sauce for later on.
