...With a little help from me. Daughter No.2 called round today with my granddaughter. I have been trying to help my granddaughter with her laptop. She hasn't used it for a couple of years as it froze and she does everything on her phone, but now needs it for college. It won't turn on at all and I tried all the usual solutions but I think it needs servicing. Depending on the cost it may be worth getting a new one.
