Welcome Return.
This frog keeps reappearing – and he does pose so nicely; he could have been my Blip star on several occasions. Like last year, we had plenty of spawn in the spring, and a good hatch, but no froglets have materialised. It was only a few years ago, Mrs TD felt the need to cut the lawn with the kitchen scissors to avoid bisecting them; eventually, common sense prevailed and we just let the grass grow which would hide the critters from predators; a little frog would make a tasty morsel for most of our birds, certainty those ranging from blackbirds to rooks, if not some of the smaller ones.
