Sir John Betjeman

I love St. Pancras Station it's really beautiful and one of the few stations in the UK which is truly international.
It also has this lovely statue of Sir John Betjeman.
When I was living in Manchester I always used Euston station which was a nightmare and a truly ugly station, where there was always a mad rush for available seats.
This service was run by Virgin and now that they've lost the franchise as far as I'm concerned they won't be sadly missed.
But who knows the devil you know and all that...
