Davenport and I got up ridiculously early (3am!) and got the bus to the airport and flew to Switzerland to visit my family. Davenport met my grandparents for the first time which was nice but nerve wrecking! We all had a big Swiss national day lunch, and headed up the mountain via Lichtenstein which was crazy hot. We grabbed ice cream, wandered round, and got Davenport a stamp for his passport.

We got up the mountain, had a raclette, and watched fireworks at the party while trying to hide from the heat of the bonfire. It was a lovely night.
