We made a delicious bolognese sauce for dinner tonight, and I enjoyed 1.6 units of this fine Australian (obviously, eh Dad?!) Shiraz with it. The joys of being a medical student - we might have the reputation of drinking in excess, but often we just drink verrrry precisely.
