Ups and downs

A long old day for sure. Up at 06.30 to get across London for a race. Chuffed with a 3rd position trophy in the half marathon located between Kingston and Kew. Sat in the traffic for near on 3hrs by the dreadful Chiswick roundabout back home. 20 minutes later out to Stratford for the penultimate day and our third visit to the World Champs. Disappointing to see Mo and Bolt literally fall short of the finish line but what legends - perhaps one tournament too far.
