Oh You'll See the Dead Arising

Staveley Folk Festival continued today with singing groups of all sorts in all the cafes and pubs - blues, Americana, sea shanties, also poetry and story-telling - and a harmony workshop with the wonderful Muldoon's Picnic (apparently the name refers to having all sorts of different things from different sources). The workshop finished with a rousing 4 part version of 'Oh Gabriel's Gonna Blow From On High', which is apparently all about Judgement Day. Tonight there was a ceilidh in the village hall.
