IAAF World Championships

What a great day in East London :-)

Up early to miss all the traffic and crowds going to the World Championships. We achieved our goal as shown in the top picture!!

Saw 3 rounds of the Decathlon - hurdles, discus & pole vault.
The noise in the stadium was deafening for all 4 rounds of the relay heats. Who knew that we would win the gold medal in the evening session :-)
