Seri Wawasan Bridge

One finds a number of lovely bridges in the city of Putrajaya, seat of the Government of Malaysia. The bridge in the photo is the Seri Wawasan bridge crossing the artificial Putarjaya lake. Completed in 2003, the main span is 168 meters long with the pylon reaching 96 meters into the sky. The bridge carries 6 lanes of traffic and includes pedestrian of bicycle lanes on both sides.
