Still Warm

I taught Alix how to make bread properly by hand (none of that bread making machinery) today before she disappears back off to York for the start of a new year at university.

All these years as an osteopath have given me at least one transferable skill! If I become too old and frail to haul patients around I can always become an Artisan Baker!

The only problem with baking your own bread is just how quickly it disappears. It's hardly out of the oven before we're tucking in.

Impossible to resist!
