First Birthday

I knew Lucie didn't know how old she is or the exact date of her birth.  She decided on today's date when Lucie applied for her passport a few years ago. What I didn't know is that this was the very first time Lucie has had a birthday cake with candles to blow out.  When the cake came out Lucie's expression bought back vivid memories of the excitement my boys displayed when their birthday cake appeared.  The act of blowing out a few candles gave her such joy.  
I had intended to Blip Simon and Lucie but decided Lucie's joy was worth sharing.  So the extra is of my loving couple.
