Skiddaw House is Britain's highest (1550ft ) and remotest YHA bunkhouse. ( well worth googleing )

It is a hard 3.5 miles from the nearest road, accessible only by foot or mountain bike...

The purple heather stretches for miles and miles! Amazing!
