Busy beach

It's been a lovely Sunday of fellowship and weather.

Our church had invited the Evangel Children's Home to come and hang out in DB for the day. They attended children's church and then had lunch and games with some kids and parents from our church.

I got to sit with some of them and their carer and have a chat, which was very pleasant.

We headed home for some rest, and to get cooled down from the intense heat but did manage to make it down to the beach with the usual suspects ;-).

The beach really was chockablock today and we struggled to find a place to park ourselves but we did and stayed till the Disney fireworks were done.

Most enjoyable Sunday indeed.
