Notes: Low key day and still feeling pretty horrible. Felt like a good night's sleep and moved to the couch first thing to watch the news and next I realized, it was 10a and I was waking up again. Talked to Al in the morning, mostly quiet day, did some cleaning of floors and bathroom as I just couldn't stand it anymore. Received late birthday package from Michelle Dion (citrine lamp) in the afternoon - surprise!
