Family evening

We've been to collect Nanna and brought her back to ours. She is looking after Noo for the next 2 days while GravyC and I work. ZQ is living it up in The Peak District until Friday.

GravyC and I went for a longish run this morning. After 12.5 miles I decided that I was going to walk the final 2 miles. Having been unwell all week, and pretty poorly for the last 2 days, I didn't feel that I needed (or wanted) to do any more. It was a wise decision I think.
