Sometimes I get into a frenzy and am irresistibly drawn to the alchemy of baking. Today it is rye bread! There is something so delicious about home made bread. These days I find it hard to enjoy it if it comes out of a packet. Would love to be able to make my own sourdough so am starting to research that a little! :)
