Bouillabaisse
Inspired by our recent trip to Rick Stein's restaurant in Padstow, we decided to try to cook and eat more fish. Tonight was Rick's Bouillabaisse from A Taste of the Sea. We didn't add mussels as someone doesn't like them, but it was still very good. Four types of white fish- monkfish/ cod/ hake and haddock as we couldn't get grouper gurnard or trigger in Waitrose surprisingly and prawns.
