MonoMonday:Distant

I'm a bit distant from home today which is a pity as could have got better distant shots back there.

We took over from the other grandparents to mind the four grandchildren while their parents have a couple of nights away.
We agreed that 24 hours each was the way to go.
Delightful as they are it is hard work.

For the first time there has been no sign of homesickness (yet).

This is a distant view from the balcony.
It's hazy due to burn offs.
