Mono Monday 186 - Distant

Thank you to TheAphid for hosting MM this month.  This week's theme is Distant.
This is a shot towards the end of my street, I would have got a better angle if I had stood in the middle of the road, but felt that might have been a bit risky.  As the bottom of the street goes round the corner it is alongside an elevated section of the M6.  We cannot see it from where we are, but if you are outside and the wind is in the right direction you can hear a distant hum of the traffic going along the motorway ( if the traffic is moving, of course, not always the case on the M6 ).
