Sleep envy

I envy the dog... She falls asleep so quickly, and deeply. Dreams full of running, barking, being a pup again :)
My body is always tired but my head won't let me sleep. Night-time turbo brain. Demons abound. Worries magnified.
And yet, during the day, my brain refuses to work.
Oh to be a dog :)
