Mono Monday Challenge: Distant

The challenge from TheAphid for Mono Monday was 'Distant'. I've gone for 'Double Distant'. In the distance on this shot there is a railway signal, but in railway parlance it is known as a 'Distant' signal, a signal that doesn't need to be obeyed straight away but warns a driver of what the signal ahead will instruct him to do; the 'Home' signal. Thankfully, there were no trains due when I took the shot (and I wasn't trespassing!).

I have to confess I've cheated a little; I've left a spot of colour in the shot. Hope I'm not drummed out of the Mono Monday Club.....
