Blue Dawn

Manchester Airport at 5am. 

I arrived at 1.30am on a late night flight from Menorca, and spent the next few hours writing up my travel log. This tunnel of blue is the passageway to the train station. As I walked along it, I glanced to my left at the roundabout outside the airport. It was already busy with traffic. 

My 5.30am train whisked me north to Penrith and then by bus to Cockermouth. Home again to the Lakes!
