Battle Abbey.

Today we had a visit to Battle Abbey, to the reputed site of the Battle of Hastings. It's a nice place to be on a sunny day like this. I particularly like these carved wooden figures, dotted around the field. This chap clearly has unpleasantness in mind. He'll have somebody's eye out with that arrow if he's not careful!
