Cheese update

Got a letter of apology from the Seriously Strong cheese folk and also sending me a £7 voucher probably to spend on more cheese!
Bloody blood pressure still all over the place. I get dragged up to clinic nurse who told me salt is evil! Eat more fruit! I rarely eat fruit and eat more veg. Vegetables are like sweary words to me. I walk my dogs and have cut back on the evil salt and fellow blipper left two weird green things called cucumbers which are 99% water so I would be as well to drink a glass of water. Crinan canal looking good in between torrential showers. Child Genius day 2 tonight 8pm
