Galloway

I went exploring in Dumfries and Galloway today. First stop was Cardoness Castle with fab stories of heads being chopped off and cattle rustling, we then stopped at Cairn Holy Chambered Cairns for a run about before heading back to Threave Castle. I love ringing the bell for the boatman (or lady as it was) to come and collect us. We were really lucky and we saw three ospreys fishing whilst we were there.
