Up for sale

Early finish tonight to get back for my first run training session with Improve my running. Spent a bit of time walking backwards on a treadmill which was weird. J went to the credit union meeting and then for dinner and a show with them. Kilda came back on the waggon and was very pleased to see me when I got back. Spent the rest of the night getting clothes ready for the weekend and finishing off the ironing. Holiday Mum & Dad are coming next week so needed to finish off tidying the flat as well. looks like we will be having new people next door soon.
