Two Fishermen

Not a great start to the day when I awoke with a migraine.  But the appropriate painkillers managed to see it off fairly quickly and I was able to re-arrange my day.
M and I went off to Sheringham after lunch for my physiotherapy appointment (I’m currently trying this out as a migraine preventative treatment).  It was very busy with holidaymakers but we battled our way to the sea front and indulged in one of Ronaldo’s fine Norfolk ice creams, Lavender for M and a Toffee Pecan one for me.  These two fishermen got together for a nautical chat, so that was my blip sorted for the day.  Fortified with some sugar we embarked on our Tesco food shop…not a quiet experience in the middle of August in a seaside town!
