Edinburgh

The book festival was buzzing today. Half an hour after I took this, queues had formed nearly twice round the square for my event, which was a 550 person sellout. Chaired by Brian Taylor, we had a great interaction with the audience, and I signed books for an hour afterwards.

Contrary to all expectations the Scottish capital was sunny and warm!
