Kite surfing

St Andrews must surely have one of the best urban beaches in the world. The tide was really far out and we walked along the west sands and round to the estuary looking across to Leuchars. The air temperature was quite low, but I felt the urge to have a paddle in the sea anyway. Only one kite surfer out, but he looked like he was having fun.
