Poaching cherries

Prepping dessert for a dinner party on Friday.

I don't normally cook pud because I don't have a sweet tooth but Jamie Oliver's recipe for chocolate mousse with cherries looked so tasty and simple to make.

The first time I have used a JO recipe as well.
