We saw about five loaded gravel trucks drive past our house this morning. We talked about toxic soil being trucked into our neighbourhood. I drove our car up the road. The trucks were at a local gravel pit dumping loads of top soil and probably non toxic.

Across from the gravel pit is an abandoned garbage incinerator operated by the regional district. I went in the building for my daily photograph. Vandals have been there. They tried to rip the metal siding off the building.
