Dabberlock medley (sea veg and root veg)

This is my first use of dabberlocks (Irish wakame). You can hardly notice it amongst the rest of the ingredients (cunning), but there is a good handful of the stuff in there.

It was fun to put together; a bit of this, and a bit of that amounts to quite a lot once its assembled. The over-riding flavour is very East Asian: ginger, garlic and soy, although there is a whole beetroot, carrot, broccoli head and two types of mushrooms, too, along with the parsely and coriander.
