Agreed to x-rays as 2 week of antibiotics and Ripley is no better.

He has an enlarged heart and something going on in lungs.

We tested for lungworm - negative

Advised it could be 1 of 3 things and only way to really confirm would be a camera down throat.  In an effort to avoid this we are trying a futehr intensive course of antibiotics.
