Networking

Before heading down to the Scottish Government building in Leith for a meeting early afternoon, I was able to join the meeting of the Training Unit staff from West Lothian College.

There are some 16 of them in all and they come together from time to time for team discussions. We invite them to meet at our offices to provide a chance to hear from and meet our team.

Lunch provided and opportunity to mingle. Given the numbers we could not house everyone in our offices but we're able to use a conference room in another part of the building. Even then the networking was occurring across the table.
