Beinn Ghlas
Today L and I along with Cara dog climbed Beinn Ghlas. (Summit cairn shot).
This is Scotlands 47th highest Munro standing at 1103m and is part of the Lawers group of hills.
Due to the weather forecast I thought we'd start it off and see how we got on as it was forecast 50-60 mph gusts of wind and the obligatory rainfall.
L was a wee star and kept saying 'let's do this' and 'never give up' which was great to hear.
It was extremely windy on the summit push but both L and Cara battled up and made it to the top.
This was L's 3rd Munro and Cara's 2nd after she joined us on Schiehallion almost a year to the day.
In the evening Granny, Grandad, Uncle C, Auntie L, L and I all went to the Bridge of Lochay hotel for dinner before a well earned dram and an early night.
