I finished work around 4 pm, walked to my car, and discovered some cunt in a black car had parked so close to me that I couldn't actually get in my car!!

An announcement was put out over the malls tannoy system for the owner to return to his or her car.
The dopey looking bastard arrived a few minutes later saying, " I thought he could climb over the passenger side."

What?
