Sigh, today they introduced a new system whereby they assess the personnel - both as to how demanding the tasks to be conducted are - and as to how the employee performs. Hmm, makes you think. I asked about the criteria for this kind of assessment, and got an answer ' we have a set of criteria, but the font there is too small, so there is no use showing them here'. Okay, I will use the same phrase if my students ask about assessment criteria for a course.
