The Piece Hall Halifax

The newly refurbished Piece Hall was first opened in 1779 as a cloth hall for hand loom weavers, it had 315 separate rooms so that each weaver could store and sell their cloth pieces.
What an amazing place, and the town centre is worth a visit in its own right.
