Paul's Fresh Fish

This is Paul - the number one Fishmonger in the North of England.    He always has an excellent selection of fresh fish and no-one can fillet and bone them like he does.    He comes to HB market every Thursday and visits Todmorden market on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.  He knows all his customers - and what they like.  There's always a queue at his stall.
