Star flyer

THURSDAY

Despite sleeping badly last night (just over three hours) I felt good at work today and managed a productive day in the office.

Down on the train to the smoke after work and a wander around Central London. I hoped to get to the open air cinema at Somerset House but didn't quite manage it and l gave the South Bank Star Flyer a miss on account of the length of the queue.

15000 steps under my belt so I am hoping to sleep like a log tonight.
